This study explores the common challenges faced by Student Physical Therapists (SPTs) during clinical internship experiences. The primary aim of the professional presentation is to discuss the following: The creation of an evolving simulated case scenario as an educational learning activity for SPTs to experience common challenges encountered on clinical internships; to describe the remaining (2) phases of the simulated case scenario and plan of delivery; and to identify opportunities for the incorporation of the simulated case scenario to promote successful outcomes on future clinical internship experiences by SPTs.
